| Scrappy String Piecing - If measuring and precision sewing isn't your thing, join us for this easy machine piecing class. You'll have an opportunity to use fabric from your scrap bag to begin a one-of-a-kind small quilt. String piecing is a technique utilized by early quilters to use up fabric strips or "strings" left over from garment construction or other sewing projects. We will combine this easy foundation piecing method with contemporary tools to create a quilt that holds reminders of the past. Supply list available upon registration.
