gallery

“…the Fitton Center’s set of three galleries is a must see,” according to a 2005 review by Sara Pearce of the Cincinnati Enquirer. Showcasing contemporary displays by artists of all ages and abilities, our spaces are informal and family-friendly. Goals are for our galleries to present high quality exhibitions in an exciting variety of media and content, to encourage collaborations with other community organizations and to provide some insight into the artistic process.

A spring all-media juried show called the Greater Hamilton Art Exhibit alternates each year with the invitational Spring Showcase: Fitton Center Member Artists.   A biennial national competition called WovenWorks every even year and a Summer Quilt Show every odd year are popular recurring exhibitions. All exhibitions and their receptions are free and open to the public, so we encourage you to stop by often to become inspired by the latest artworks on view. Contact Cathy Mayhugh, Director of Exhibitions for more information: (513) 863-8873, ext. 122 / cathy@fittoncenter.org.
