Start the weekend off with a fun night for the whole family! Fitton Family Fridays feature entertainment geared to kids of all ages, from preschoolers to teenagers—including parents and grandparents who are still kids at heart. A light reception of kid-friendly drinks and an assortment of yummy appetizers are served before each show in the Hamilton Rotary Vista Room.

 Reception begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Hamilton Rotary Vista Room. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Benninghofen Theatre.

Adult cost: $10 for members; $12 for non-members
Children cost (16 and under): FREE!!
*Limit 4 children per paying adult.
Otherwise, ticket price is $5 for members; $6 for non-members

Zak Morgan

Listening to his grandfather invent yarns, limericks, and even new words had a profound effect on him. Now, as a successful entertainer, Morgan has been compared to Shel Silverstein and Dr. Seuss because of his wit and child friendly sophistication. Morgan began writing songs in high school. By 1991 he had released two singles that were played on ocver two hundred radio stations. Morgan combined his humor, musical talents, and expertise in children's literature and began writing the songs for his first CD, Bloom. His debut album was met nationally with rave reviews and many prestigious awards. With its success, Morgan was launched into a full time career in family entertainment.

Something mysterious is happening in the woods, and Hansel and Gretel are hot on the trail. This musical romp features a strange old lady in the woods who happens to be part giant, part ogre, part elf and part troll. Could she be a witch too? Follow your sleuths as they sing, dance, and discover the hidden truth about the dear old lady in that gingerbread cottage!

..."And all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not event a mouse." It's Christmas Eve and the anticipation is building. Presents, lights, even milk and cookies...but are you ever too old for family traditions? Base on the enchanting poem by Clement Clark Moore, this lyrical adaptation celebrates the joy of family and the magic of holiday stories, reminding everyone what Christmas is all about.

"No Show" featuring Doug Berky

Doug Berky has been creating and evolving his own brand of physical theater for over thirty years. His original performances are an intricately woven fabric of Commedia Del Arte, physical comedy, mime, mask theatre, clowning, circus arts, and storytelling. Doug is known internationally for his mask construction. He designs and constructs the masks for his own performances as well as creating all of the sets, choreography, scripts and many of the costumes. Doug has performed and taught throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe in schools, colleges, and festivals.

The Frisch Marionettes present...
Jungle Book: The Story of Mowgli's Fire

The presentation, base on Rudyard Kipling's "The Jungle Book," tells the story of the young boy Mowgli, who was raised by wolves in the jungle. When Shere Khan, the tiger, threatens the jungle, Mowgli must face his destiny and bring peace to the jungle. The Frisch Marionette Company brings the story to life with stringed puppets in a production produced and directed by Kevin Frisch, with original music composed by Steve Frisch.

Beatrix Potter's most famous long-eared character grows upinto a rambunctious teen-and he still can't stay out of the McGregor's Garden! It seems that the Rabbit family must contend with the young Peter, whose goal is to get out of the humdrum life of the rabbit hole and play his guitar at "The Farm."

A classic story of friendship, keeping up with the times, and conquering one's fears, this new musical adaptation will take you on an adventure by the river that you'll never forget.
