The Fitton Center for Creative Arts, through a partnership with local government, the National Endowment for the Arts and the Ohio Arts Council created Arts In Common (AIC). The AIC program is a community outreach program design to create access and participation in various art forms for economically disadvantaged persons and underserved communities. The program is composed of classes at the Fitton Center and at off-site locations. With funding from various sources, AIC collaborates with schools, HeadStart locations and cultural and community organizations. As an outreach program, AIC assists with the development of quality arts experiences for widely diverse audiences throughout Butler County.
