On a mission to teach about the wonders of aquatic life and conservation, WAVE Foundation at Newport Aquarium supports initiatives and makes notable impacts on a local, national and global scale. WAVE’s engaging programs provide education, inspiration and up-close encounters with sharks.

A native of Lebanon, Saad Ghosn is a Professor Emeritus of Medicine at the University of Cincinnati. Saad strongly believes that activism is at the heart of art expression. He is the founder of SOS (Save Our Souls) ART, an organization that promotes the use of art as a vehicle for change and for a better world. Now in its 20th year, SOS presents a yearly collective art exhibit and an art festival of creative expressions of local artists for peace and justice. SOS’s Human Rights: Derechos Humanos exhibition, curated by Saad Ghosn, will be on view at the Fitton Center December 4, 2021 – March 11, 2022.

The Hormanns are BIG on Christmas! In 2001 they purchased their first house and started experimenting with computer controlled animated light displays. Since then their Christmas at the Hormanns light display in Liberty Township has grown into a fully synchronized light and sound show. Join the Hormanns for Christmas Lunch at the Fitton, wear your best holiday attire and find out how this incredible light show comes together each year.

Trace Fowler, a graduate of Hamilton High, has led his team in creating a publication that highlights a city near to his heart. Now in its third year, Trace’s dream of a magazine has become a reality with The Hamiltonian featured proudly in local businesses and  on coffee tables in Hamilton homes.
