Using the science of sequence, poses and your breath, Kundalini yoga is a powerful transformation tool for the body, mind and spirit. Each class has a strong focus on self-mastery while working the inner and outer systems for a comprehensive workout. Great for weight loss, enhanced moods, and positive mindsets.  Appropriate for all fitness levels; modifications will be given.  Mats are provided, but students may bring their own.

Each class ends with a guided deep relaxation leaving students feeling refreshed and energized. Suitable for all fitness levels.  Wear clothes that allow you to move freely.  All of our yoga instructors are certified yoga teachers. Mats and props are provided, but students may bring their own.
