Students will receive an email invite to the class from the instructor on the first day.
Suitable for all experience and fitness levels. Explore the fundamentals of yoga to calm the mind while improving flexibility, balance, and core strength. Begin with yoga breathing techniques and movements to warm muscles and joints, followed by basic yoga postures. End with a guided deep relaxation to feel refreshed and energized. Instructor is a certified yoga teacher.
Supply Information:
Students are encouraged to wear clothes that allow them to move freely
