Galleries Procedures and Protocols

All gallery events and exhibitions are FREE and open to the public

 

GALLERY HOURS

Monday – Thursday 12:00 – 7:00pm

Friday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm

Galleries are accessible during public building hours and prior to performances and public events.  Group gallery tours may be scheduled outside of listed gallery hours with adequate notice.  Galleries are periodically closed for the installation of new art, so please check the exhibition schedule before your visit. All exhibitions are FREE and open to the whole community.

 

Group visits outside of listed hours may be possible by appointment.  Please contact:

COVID-19 PROCEDURES & PROTOCOLS

After consulting directly with the City of Hamilton’s Health Commissioner, as we have throughout the past 2 years, she has recommended lifting the Fitton Center’s mask mandate, with some exceptions (listed below):

 

Some performers have mask requirements written into their existing performance contracts, and these have to be respected as per our agreement. All patrons will be advised prior to each performance of any requirements.  

 

In Addition:

·    Masks will still be available to patrons throughout the building, without cost.

·    Anyone who wishes to wear a mask is welcome to do so, be it staff or patron.

By attending an event at the Fitton Center for Creative Arts, all patrons are acknowledging their consent to, and agreed to abide by, the safety precautions that have been adopted by the Fitton Center for Creative Arts, which may include wearing of face coverings.
