Hamilton, OH - The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati brought Reinder Games to the Fitton Center for Fitton Family Fridays December 5.

The three-person cast played a trio of Santa's most celebrated sled pullers - Dasher, Dancer and Comet - with plenty of help from the audience, several of whom came down out of the seats and onto the stage to answer holiday trivia questions and lead a dance party. (Not to single anybody out, but contestant Ryan really struggled with some basic questions. We thought the formula to calculate Santa's sleigh velocity was common knowledge. Apparently not.)
Before the performance, families gathered in the Carruthers Signature Ballroom for pre-show snacks - including meatballs and chicken chunks - drinks and desserts provided by catering partner Two Women in a Kitchen.
Many of the youngsters in attendances drafted letters to the Big Guy and put them in the mailbox for delivery to the North Pole, while many others visited the Creation Station to make some holiday crafts.
While that was the last Fitton Family Fridays show for 2025, we'll be back in the new year with even more family-friendly live entertainment, starting Friday, January 26, with Cap'n Kraken's Yo Ho Ho Pirate Show. In February you won't have to run away to join the circus, because My Nose Turns Red Circus comes to the Fitton Center February 13 to teach all kinds of circus performances. March 20 marks the return of River City Puppets and The Wonders of Wiggly River. We close the season April 17 with the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park production of The Tortoise and the Hare.
Tickets are $9 for members, $11 for non-members (plus a $3 fee per ticket) and are available online right here, by phone at 513-863-8873, ext. 110 or in person at the Fitton Center box office.
