Huge dedication

Hamilton (OH) - Go big or go home.

StreetSpark definitely went big with Stream of Consciousness, the Anissa Pulcheon-designed mural at the Lane Library.

Program Manager Jennifer Acus-Smith thanked partners at the Fitton Center, City of Hamilton and - from just across the street - the Hamilton Community Foundation at the July 20 dedication celebration for the two-story creation.

Representatives from each of those organizations - as well as the library itself - spoke on the value of public art and its contributions in making Hamilton a vital, vibrant community.

The mural celebrates imagination while underlining the idea that the library is a place where learning takes flight, specifically highlighting STEAM subjects: science, technology, engineering, arts and math.

Enjoy some photos from the dedication cermony below.
