Neighborhood gets butterflies

Bartels' Butterflies, to be specific.

StreetSpark dedicated its newest mural on the side of the Bartels Heating & Cooling building at 929 Main Street on the west side of Hamilton July 11.


Program Manager Jennifer Acus-Smith offered thanks to designer Madeline Tipton, lead artist Jennifer Eickelberger and supporting artist Brooke Owens for creating the mural.


She also expressed gratitude to the Fitton Center and its partners, including the City of Hamilton and the Hamilton Community Foundation, as well as ArtsWave and the Ohio Arts Council.


TvHAMILTON broadcast the ceremonies. StreetSpark dedicates its second mural of the season (and 19th overall) - Stream of Consciousness - at 5 p.m. Thursday, July 20, at the Lane Library, 300 N. 3rd Street.
