Hamilton, OH - Carrie O'Neal Brenner literally put a bow on the Celebrating Self luncheon speaker series for 2025.

Her program - Wrap it Up - gave guests some tips and tricks to make any package look merry and bright.
Not only did the Scripted Studio owner discuss how she got into the business of designing wrapping paper and greeting cards, Brenner's program also had a hands-on section where she brought guests up from the audiences and demonstrated how to make those items shine. (Not for nothing, she started with the basic basics, like how to measure wrapping paper to fit a particular gift paper. She also revealed what had been a mystery to some: there are different kinds of Scotch tape that have different effects on the look of a finished package.)
The first wrapping job was a basic box to which she added a smart, simple twist to create a handle to carry the package.
Brenner next showed how the wrapping could be used to make pockets for extra goodies to complement what's under the paper. She closed with a hand-crafted gift bag used to wrap odd-shaped items.
Celebrating Self was the first of the Fitton Center's ticketed holiday programs. Next up is Reindeer Games for Fitton Family Fridays December 5 and the Fitton Showstoppers Pop Rock Christmas coming December 13.
Meantime, enjoy a few more photos from Wrap it Up in the gallery below.
