Raising the Bar - Swan Lake

Words to describe Tchaikovsky’s ballet masterpiece, Swan Lake. As well as the namesake Swan Lake signature cocktail the Fitton Center will serve Saturday night, March 18, when the Cincinnati Ballet performs its Fitton ShowStoppers program – Classical & Contemporary.

Resident mixologist Logan Adams created a twist on the classic lemon drop for the ballet.

“I wanted something really light and refreshing,” she said. “But also something that will grab your attention.”

Be careful! Like the lithe, powerful dancers on stage, this cocktail packs a wallop.

“I’m not going to say two or three of these will make you a ballerina,” Adams said. “I will say a couple Swan Lakes definitely keeps you on your toes.”

1.5 oz vanilla vodka .5 oz limoncello .5 oz lemon juice Splash simple syrup Top with lemon-lime soda
