Yoga (Monday PM) Online

Age: 15-Adult

Summer Session I: April 26 – June 7, 2021 - Closed May 31st

Students will receive an email invite to the class from the instructor prior to the first day.

Suitable for all experience and fitness levels. Explore the fundamentals of yoga to calm the mind while improving flexibility, balance, and core strength. Begin with yoga breathing techniques and movements to warm muscles and joints, followed by basic yoga postures. End with a guided deep relaxation to feel refreshed and energized. Wear clothes that allow you to move freely. All instructors are certified yoga teachers.
