Yoga (Monday PM)

Drop-in Cost: $15/members, $18/non-members

Suitable for beginners or experienced students, this class explores the fundamentals of yoga to help calm the mind while improving flexibility, balance, and core strength. Classes begin with yoga breathing techniques and movements to warm muscles and joints followed by basic yoga postures. Each class ends with a guided deep relaxation leaving students feeling refreshed and energized. Suitable for all fitness levels.  Wear clothes that allow you to move freely.  All of our yoga instructors are certified yoga teachers. Mats and props are provided, but students may bring their own.

Youth Yoga

Age: 6 - 10

Yoga helps to build the skills of confidence and self-esteem by engaging activity in a positive way and teaching kids how to be comfortable in their own bodies. In this class, mindful movement is presented in a fun, playful environment with music and games. Kids will learn calming, centering, and breathing techniques, as well as poses to encourage focus, and understand the benefits of thoughtful relaxation time.
