We only have one more bag of BMIX without grog in stock. Unfortunately, there is a shortage of the BMIX without grog in our region. So, until we can get that back in stock, we will be switching to BMIX with grog.

For those who don't know what grog is, "grog refers to already-fired clay that is ground into a granular form and incorporated as temper into moist clay."

If you switch to the BMIX with grog, you might notice more texture and a less smooth consistency especially when throwing. However, there are some benefits to grog including less issues with shrinking and more strength.

Hello Potters!

Thank you for your patience with the firing schedule through the holiday season! The combination of holidays (aka days the Fitton is closed) and increased volume coming through for firing, it is taking me some time to catch up! I promise, I am running all kilns as full and often as I can.

Also, I've recently placed a supply order. Many glazes are already in, but of course Obsidian is still on the way!

Today, I have all three kilns firing. Almost everything on the shelves made it in.

112 speckled brown and 401 bmix clays are fully stocked again.

We are running low on 112 speckled brown and bmix. I will be picking more up on Friday morning!

I did not fire kilns last Friday, because we didn't have enough to fill the kilns. However, I will be firing bisque and glaze today. It will be unloaded on Friday at the latest.

Just wanted to let you all know that I just restocked the 112 Standard Speckle Brown clay today. You might have noticed we were getting low. We now have 10 boxes available.

Hello Potters!

As you might know, we are out of some clays and glazes and low on others. I have clay being delivered on Friday morning. And am putting a glaze order in today. So, that should be here the end of this week or early next week. Sorry about an inconvenience!

I picked up 10 boxes of Ky Mudworks Iceman clay today. It is officially back in stock 🎉

A glaze and small bisque load are firing today and will be unloaded Thursday or Friday 😀

We'll see how long it lasts, but we have a whole gallon as of today!

I just restocked 10 boxes of the 112 speckled brown clay today. Unfortunately, the porcelain was not in stock, and there is a delay in shipment due to the weather. The distributors aren't shipping it out right now because the temperatures are too cold and the clay is compromised if it is frozen.

Queen City Clay told me they would let me know as soon as it comes back in stock. B-Mix is a great substitute in the meantime. Supply is running a bit low on B-Mix, but I will be picking up more soon!
